Registration

• Participant for C0 (Early Children) Category, does not have to send a live video recording.
• Participant for other categories should prepare a live video recording (not recorded in a studio) for recording selection stage. The recording should be made after 1 January 2024. Participant have to upload the recording at YouTube, and send the link in the Registration Form. The piece recorded is freely chosen by the participant.
• Fill the registration form (link at the top of the page), complete with all the required documents :
  • Recording Piece Score, in PDF format
  • Proof of Payment
  • Choir’s Short Biography (maximum 200 words in English)
  • Conductor’s Short Biography (maximum 200 words in English)
  • Choir’s Picture (landscape orientation, minimum resolution 1280 x 720 px)
  • Conductor’s Picture (portrait orientation, minimum resolution 720 x 1280 px)
• The deadline is 30 September 2025.

Registration fee for SAICF 2026 Choir Competition is the following:

• For choirs achieving Gold Award on the 3rd SACYCF 2018, there is Rp 500.000,- discount on the registration fee.
• For choirs participating in more than 1 category, the registration fee for the subsequent categories are Rp 2.500.000,- / USD 150 per category.
• If the participant doesn’t pass the recording selection, the committee will return all the registration fee after the Rp 500.000,- / USD 30 Recording Selection fee.

Example

• Saint Angela Choir registers for category C2, R, and F, therefore the registration fee are the following:
  Rp 3.500.000 + Rp 2.500.000 + Rp 2.500.000 = Rp 8.500.000
• If Saint Angela Choir only qualify for 2 categories (doesn’t qualify for 1 category), the returned fee are:
  Rp 2.500.000 – Rp 500.000 = Rp 2.000.000
• If Saint Angela Choir only qualify for 1 category (doesn’t qualify for 2 categories), the returned fee are:
  Rp 2.500.000 + Rp 2.500.000 – Rp 500.000 = Rp 4.500.000
• If Saint Angela Choir doesn’t qualify at all, the returned fee are:
  Rp 2.500.000 + Rp 2.500.000 + Rp 3.500.000 – Rp 500.000 = Rp 8.000.000

Registration fee for SAICF 2026 Solo Vocal Competition is Rp 750.000,- or USD 50 per person. If the participant doesn’t pass the recording selection, the committee will return Rp 500.000,- or USD 30 to the participant.

Registration Fee for SAICF 2026 Composition Competition is Rp 500.000,- or USD 30 per submitted composition.
