Registration Requirements

  1. For active participant, please send a conducting video :
    • Maximum duration is 10 minutes
    • A video of rehearsal / performance with a choir. No requirements regarding the piece(s) being performed in the video
    • Conductor should be seen from the front, or from the side
    • Upload the video into YouTube, and send the link through the form
  2. Fill the google form at this link : https://tiny.cc/SAICF2026Conducting. Complete the form, including the video recording by 31 January 2026 at the latest.
  3. The pieces for the masterclass is predetermined and will be sent to each participant by the end of the registration period at the latest
  4. For any participant who doesn’t pass the selection, the committee will fully refund the registration fee
